      Place is a scam. Tell you one thing then 3 weeks later it's totally different. Don't use this bank for auto loans.

      I visited the middletown branch to conduct shared transactions. In the pandemic era it is the first time I have ever showed my ID and not been asked to remove my mask to verify my identity. I am a member of a different credit union and presented out of state ID and they just handed me $1000 no questions asked. I cannot even buy a pack of smokes without showing my face but I can withdraw a large sum of cash I guess. Today I got a follow up phone call telling me if I expressed my displeasure at the CU's lax protection they couldn't help me anymore, because they don't need my opinion. Credit unions are member owned. They don't care about you or your finances. Avoid at all costs
