  I wanted to take the time to share my experience at this branch today. I have been with Affinity for 8 years now. I got preapproved for a car loan and got to the dealership after 4pm when the branch lobby was closed to pick up the car loan check for the dealership. They ended up letting me into the branch to complete the paperwork and get the check. Karen Burt even gave me a ride back to the dealership (because my husband had to leave to pick up our kids on time from daycare). This is the most over the top amazing I have had ANYWHERE in a LONG TIME!!! Highly recommend this bank and branch! Karen is the best!

  not open on weekends or Tuesday and Thursday. The days they are open they're only open 9-4. How am I ever going to get into the bank without taking time off work? what a joke. time to switch banks ASAP!

  Great to work with personally! Have also sent several dealership customers there, if we weren't able to help with financing and they were able to help them most of the time.
