      Our car was in an accident in October and we've been given every song and dance why we haven't been paid. Then our last payment before renewal they went up $20! This company spend unlimited amounts of money for these hedious commercials with Flo,and yhe consumer gets shafted! I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

      I was recently involved in a collision that left me with many questions and nerves running high. I filed my clam with Nationwide not knowing what to expect the process to be like. It was an incredible experience! Nationwide called me every step of the way and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. They even called to ask for a tracking number when it came time to send my title to ensure they could track and keep an eye on it along with me. In addition to the great service Nationwide provided, Renee with Affirmative Insurance Agency, Inc. provided exceptional service. She worked to provide a new quote quickly and ensured I was still insured to drive the replacement / rental car. Overall this process could have not gone better. I would recommend both Nationwide and Affirmative Insurance Agency, Inc. to anyone.
