      Absolutely worst experience. Closing date was May 29th and then was asked to wait due to needing a letter from the buyer’s employer. They then delayed getting an appraisal of the property. Today, we find out that the appt time they arranged to sign over the title, didn’t exist and was unknown to the title company. They also admitted they waited a day too late to send out a letter to be signed by the buyer... leaving us in a limbo of the money being transferred either this Friday or Monday. Our entire move was based on this new date... given to us BY them. This affects signing for the new house, extra costs with the movers, and extra costs having to book a place to stay since we won’t likely get into the house on time. They put partial blame on the technology glitch that occurred in Lake Charles, but I think them having asked for 2 extra weeks of time to get themselves in order means the glitch likely had little to nothing to do with it. Incredibly disorganized.
