      Agfirst is my mortgage holder currently. For 19 days and counting I have been requesting my note and hud1. I am attempting to refinance for a better rate. I have emailed 7 times and spoken by phone 3 times and gotten nothing. I get auto responses to emails. The customer service reps I spoke to via phone have promised my documents within time frames ranging from 10 minutes to 1 day to 72 hours. Nobody there seems to have any idea of what they are doing. The phone menu is also ridiculous and the wait times horrible. All to get nothing done. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
