      I wanted to make sure I left a formal comment as well. I spoke to Eli in customer service on the phone today, and he was so kind, and understanding. His kindness was such a breath of fresh air I needed today I have been an AAFCU customer for approx 7 years, and I always have received great customer service, and at the branch off Academy-CSprings as well. Thank you to Eli especially, please give him a raise and the accolades he deserves.

      By far the most unfriendly and unhelpful credit Union or Bank in Colorado springs that I have had the misfortune to visit in over 45 years of living in this city. Not just once but on their second chance they performed even worse. If you are looking for a credit union that will go out of their way to find obscure rules not to help you then by all means go here otherwise you have been warned in the strongest terms to avoid their hidden fees and poor customer service
