      Absolutely the most hateful, rude people every at this place. We have bought 2 cars through Carbanc, the first one wasn't so bad, but this time around they have been unprofessional, hateful, and have no compassion for anyone. As soon as you run late, they will call ALL your references, even if you are at work and can't answer the phone. Also, we had something this time around devastating happen to our minor daughter which involved us having to work with police, and their victims compensation group, along with therapy and everything else, and they didn't care. I offered to send them everything from the police and all they could do was be hateful and say they don't care and are putting in the repo notice. We had great payment history and even paid off our last car, but this is the LAST TIME we will ever deal with you people. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

      There really rude, they don’t work with you on late payment. They don’t understand when you get laid off and just got a job. No customer service whatsoever. Just nasty and threatening
