      I was in and out. April was pleasant and not judgmental ( I went on my lunch break) It was painless. We talked laughed and got started. She delivered information to me and let me know to always feel free to come in. The young lady at the front door had a smile and greeting that would make her a Dallas Cowboy Cheerleader....... I'm so glad I chose them.

      As a longtime member (over 15 years), I am highly disappointed and truly expected more from a credit union. From long phone wait times, issues with check depositing, seemly unfair lending etc all that I could overlook. But what I cannot overlook is how they took money out of my account monthly thus changing my checking account options without my permission. This is fraudulent and untrustworthy. When i inquired and pressed the issue, stating these actions were illegal, they refunded me. However they BLAMED ME, for not knowing about the changes. This was my first checking account, and it's a sad day for me, but trust especially in business is everything.

      I’ve further thought about this review and decided that it would be more fair if I gave credit where credit is due. This location is good for getting in and out quickly. However it’s not ideal if you have any difficult situations.
