Today 6/17/22 Friday. My 15yr old daughter received her very 1st pay check!! We were super excited for her, and wanted to open up her 1st checking account. I recommended going to my Credit Union local branch here in Orange Beach Alabama. Wow!!! We weren’t even greeted with a Good Morning. The clerk Josephine, was extremely Rude! I explained numerous times that this is my daughter’s 1st experience and she needs guidance. Josephine not once congratulated her! Josephine not once explained the process or even where or how to sign her ck. I took my daughter here because it’s a small local bank. I assumed they would treat her as such. I was WRONG. UNFORTUNATELY, I was embarrassed!!! I will be canceling my account and never coming back. I’ve been a member for over a decade. And have never ever experienced such poor poor leadership and guidance. I’m in tears Angry!!!! My daughter will never get this 1st experience back. And I can Honestly say. Josephine and Chloe RUINED IT!!! What a Shame and poor excuse for a young lady to look up to these what I thought were professional women in the industry!!! Shame on you all !!!! Aaron Green
