      My interaction was fine, but the teller next to me was inconsiderate of an elderly man. He was trying to transfer $13 to a loan, but was told that transactions under $100 must be done online. He repeatedly told the teller that he didn't have online banking. I was embarrassed for this kind gentleman who was just trying to pay a bill with his own money- from one ACU account to another ACU account. This rule is ridiculous, and will cost ACU many valued elderly customers. Step up the customer service training, ACU!

      Says they close at 1pm on Saturday’s , but closed the drive thru at 11:30am. That’s horrible service.
