I am forced to actually give 1 Star. I didn't want to give even that. I have chosen 2 different options on the phone, trying to get SOMEONE to answer my call. I have been on the phone... on HOLD.... for 20 minutes listening to thier commercials and apologizing for the delayed hold time. But, they ask me to please remain on the phone for the next available Associate. This is so disrespectful. And don't tell me it's because of Covid-19. Crazy, Im still on HOLD, while typing in this review. It just told me that, "Your call is important to us and to please stay on the line". REALLY??

Have always had great customer service inside the bank prior to the Covid-19 virus. I must say this bank has excellant adaptable employees. Excellant customer service continues at the drive-thru.. Ms. Hall the BM and tellers always available and efficient.
