All Giggles when you come to do the paperwork. They owe money you call they send you straight to voice mail. Very childish to not answer a phone call. Grownups acting unprofessional. Will be paying a visit for my money. Get out if you can’t face people and handle business.

If you have the option of choosing who to help you with title review/insurance choose wisely. This location and alamo title did a horrible job for me and my family. Janet the VP of this location is very unprofessional and unresponsive. They will do title work for you and not cover all their bases and when issues arise years down the line they will leave you hanging with no help. Janet L has stated to me and my family this was years ago I have nothing to do with it and has tried to wash her hands clean from our serious title issue they have caused. BEWARE just try and complain to their location and they will show you their true colors like JANET L has to us. Now my family is suffering because of their lack of character and knowledge of the products they sell and provide.
