Today I had the worst customer experience of my life, due to the Flower Mound TX office incompetence and unwillingness to fix their mistakes. They wrote me that I can upload the check online but they had my phone number wrong. Took them quite some time to fix that, and it was still wrong after the 2nd try. Finally they fix it....after I sent them a screenshot to indicate that in their system my number was still wrong. then at 10am I was able to finally upload the check and I got a confirmation email saying the transaction was successful. At 4.27 PM they informed us that they did not get the funds. They close at 5 Pm . I called to ask them to wait 30 min because I will be on my way to bring them the check in person. THEY REFUSED to stay longer and actually fix their mistake. In fact Tiffany B. laughed at my situation and said that they have a glitch in the system. She was extremely unprofessional and did not show any flexibility. So we had to terminate our offer on that home. If you want a seamless experience for your customersd lease AVOID ALAMO FLOWER MOUND office.
