I took $1000 worth of silver to them as an experiment to see what they would offer. They failed miserably with an offer of $283.00, and the man behind the counter had literally no understanding of what he was doing, he didn't even understand the sigma machine he was using as he tried to tell me the silver I had was fake since the machine said so, despite the fact that he was using the completely wrong setting, which his manager just laughed at him and me for it. They offer "50% off all jewelry" but that offer is only for the low end stuff in a small section of the store. Please avoid getting ripped off and just get a second offer.

Nick, we will look into the offer. Unfortunately since I do not know what the silver was. We always attempt to pay the highest on any reasonable offer. Regarding the advertising of Jewelry, ALL of our advertising says UP TO 50% off, very plainly. We offer exactly what we advertise. Also, we have very nice jewelry at 50% off, the low-end statement is completely false. Just as you stated to get a second offer, everyone should check out our jewelry and gather their own opinion. We guarantee top offers on reasonable offers and we DO have select jewelry at 50% off, and very nice jewelry at that price.
