I went in to open a new account and had a wonderful experience with fantastic customer experience. I decided to check out Denali Credit Union first, because they fit more of my banking needs, but to my surprise I received terrible customer service. I left immediately and went over to Alaska USA, which was in the same parking lot as Denali. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Jameel. He was professional, quick but didn't rush me, patient (I ask a lot of questions), friendly and knowledgable. Fantastic experience.

It’s never a long wait in line when I go there! The tellers are so nice and always act happy to see me ! This is what I love about it... Excellent Customer Service ! Everyone should take some tips from ur employees Cuhz their the BEST !
