      Needs more staff. Arrived at 10am and was second in line, still waited over 30mins for a simple transaction. The line behind me is huge... what happened to customer service AK USA? You've grown so big I guess now you just don't seem to care :/

      I AM New Member because a friend wanted to deposit remotely to my account..and last 5 times been here waited 20 to 30 minutes. ..Manager and General managers take note.. pulling all my money out
