  I love Alaska bank! All of the tellers are so friendly! Not a fan of their ATMs but I rather go inside because just because of the great service I get. I recommend this bank especially if you’re looking to get away from those other banks, who are jus playing rude!

  These atms are trash they always say you can’t deposit and there credit department sucks been had a secure credit card with them for almost 1 year no one tried to ask me if I wanted to change to just a regular credit card then they say I need to turn in 1 years worth of check stubs for me to get my regular credit card that’s a joke don’t recommend anyone to go threw them to get any credit cards trash

  I have just move into the neighbor and I needed to do a transfer deposit to my credit union who is affiliated with Alaska Credit Union. I never had a problem until today. I was being taken care of a gentleman who was in training and that was fine. He tried and was not able to do the deposit. A female associate who introduced herself as an assistant manager was not able to do the deposit either. She said she doesn't know my account number. So I gave her a deposit slip. She said where is the account number and I said at the bottom. To make this shot I asked for the back manager. She came out and asked for my account number. I showed her the deposit slip and she even asked where is the account number. I said at the bottom.. So she said oh here it is and showed me. I told her that I know my account number and maybe you should show your tellers.. worst experience I have ever had. I'm glad I'm not banking with them for handling my money.
