Kelsey is OUTSTANDING, went above and beyond to assist with my unusual business situation. I had a lot of cash to deposit in Bank of the West, but their ATM door was broke and I had to sleep on it when the market opened at 6:30 am Monday PST. Kelsey deposited my cash before noon, PRINTED a NEW DEBIT CARD, CALLED to ACTIVATE it, then handed it to me, asked if I needed anything else, then helped the dude behind me like a Boss. Now I have a lot of money to invest in Stocks today before market close and a New Card to take the spouse to dinner with the profits! Alaska USA is Gangsta.....And the neighborhood has a river walk to the light rail, Seattle is wild..... *Reply-Reply; OMG, you're all fantastic. I financed a car through you in Arizona a few years ago, then sold it for more than I originally paid this year! You guys rock more than Jagger. We made enough profit to take the family on a 6th Bday vacation in Boston (on Alaska Air)! Sorry that I no longer have a monthly loan with you, but I will keep giving you money for the families savings if you're cool with it. You do a terrific job of taking care of customers needs!
