Terrible banks to do business with. After 12 years I went to BECU. In recent years this banks practices have gone dramatically down hill. There seems to be a big disconnect between the branches and they're member services call centers. Tami, the branch manager at this bank was completely useless - failing to return my calls as promised and unhelpful in helping to work with me. The branch managers are nothing more than glorified front office admins under empowered anything to help their customers. Shame on you Alaska USA, you used to actually care about your customers.
