  Been coming here 3 years doing shared branching my i.d was stolen in June I been using my backup i.d here with a hole in it for about 4 Months today they decide not too take when it doesn't expire until 2024 but again I've been coming here 3 years so now I'm some stranger the new lady ran to the manager after I told her I've been using my back i.d here 4 months no issues the manager decides too lie and say she told me she wouldn't take it I don't even know who this lady is if that's the case I wouldn't of came in today they deserve a 0 especially the fake smiles never again Alaska

  I made an appointment to open up a checking account. I showed up on time and I was told to wait at the Starbucks, 25 minutes later no one bothered to check or update me about my appointment. Completely wasted my time. This is how they show how important you are to them...
