      The service that I receive from this company is ridiculous. Every time I speak with someone there about any issue it’s always attitude Given instead of quality customer service. I’ve called in and went in so much I know exactly who I am speaking to by the level of attitude in there voice. But this week was it for me. I will take my business else where. Quick to file your taxes and charge ridiculous prices but dumb founded when you call in with an issue. “Tax season is over” yeah but the person who owns it still have doors open. EVEN if it’s for loans only, I still should be able to speak with someone about my issue when I’ve given all personal information for service and I’ve paid. But never again. I’m not even the type to leave feed back but this needed to be said. Got ppl in there asking other ppl how to do a step by step process you should know how. But like I said never again. ✌🏾
