  The rudest most hateful employees. Kitty was arrogant and beyond hateful for no reason. Don't even attempt to pawn something they offer you $20 regardless of the resale value. No stars is what this pathetic business deserves. 🙄 The direction you're business is headed for bankruptcy the way you treat your customers.

  Sorry you had a disappointing experience at our Bristol store today. Unfortunately we are not able to offer to pawn/buy everything that comes through our door due to our company inventory policies.

  Very rude people wouldn't go back if someone paid me the lady is a well not very nice never recommend a ant to go there

  Sorry Brian that you had a bad experience. As our Manager informed you during your phone call, you have to be able to pass a TBI/FBI background check when you pick up a firearm from pawn. You stated you owned the firearm but would have your girlfriend pick it up. Our manager explained that would be considered a "Straw" purchase punishable by 10yrs in prison and that we would not allow anyone but you pick up your firearm.
