  Completely disagree with the what the guy said the owners rule is. If you wanna buy a gun I highly recommend against this pawn shop as they only sell in state due to (to much paperwork). As a 2nd amendment activist and a registered gun owner it’s very wrong to turn away a legal law abiding citizen over (paper work). Other than that they had some alright stuff in the pawn store and staff was ok

  Sorry Nick but we don't directly sell in our store to out of state customers due to ATF and your home state's firearms transfer laws. But we would be happy to for you to purchase a firearm and have us ship it to your local FFL for transfer and they will fill out the required paperwork, perform the background check, and transfer it to you. Let us know what you would like to purchase.

  My husband and I were finishing up our Christmas shopping. They close at 5. Ten minutes prior to 5, I asked for assistance getting about 15$ worth of coins, so my boys can start collecting. Even though their hours are until 5, I was told they had already counted the drawer and couldn't do any transactions. I was super disappointed and they weren't even apologetic. How were we supposed to know they actually close the register 15 minutes early. Two other customers were also still shopping and turned away.

  You are 100% correct Nia normally we do not begin closing until 5pm and I take full responsibility. Our employees, like you, have families. Because Christmas presents are so difficult to find this year, our employees asked me earlier in the day (December 23) if we could close a few minutes early so they could complete their Christmas shopping for their families. I told them we would close at 4:45pm (15 minutes early) so they could complete their shopping lists. I should have done a better job of posting the change to our normal closing time. Christmas time can be stressful and I hope you can relate to our employees situation. I assure you no malice was intentionally directed to your family or our other customers. We would love to help you complete your Christmas gift list. Today, Christmas Eve day we will close at 3pm. I hope you will give us another chance. We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
