  To successfully carry a loan to close is a baseline service every loan officer should just give. Alex goes above and beyond that ensuring you understand what is going on and the why behind everything. SO MANY agents and loan officers just push things through the process without actually educating and explaining things to clients. I would recommend Alex on any front whether you’re purchasing your first home or an agent looking for a real partner that enhances a clients experience by educating them on what is happening.
