been trying to get in contact with Alex, I purchase a house 2018, I refinance with Alex 2019 , he and the company made a mistake with the property address. and i been paying the price for that error , because the tax has a difference of $5000 thousand a year. my mortgage payment was to suppose to lower with the refinance but it just increase from $2,700 to 3,111 not counting that I had to pay a back non payment tax for their error of about 15k . I try to Get in contact with Alex and never give me a call back. im powering my lawyer for this cancer. they will heard from me. im so disappoint it.
