Called this bank about 5 months ago and left a message about a loan and was told the loan officer was out of the office and would return in afternoon and they would leave a message for them to call me back, after a couple days of no phone call i called again and left another message, after leaving a total of 3 messages that week i still never heard a word or ever got a phone call, even though they didnt return my call after 5 months, we went to the bank and filled out an application and was told we would know the following day, well guess what, didnt hear anything so we called and got told the loan officer is out of the office, gave it till the next week and called once more but they still never returned any calls, its now been 2 weeks since this time, so my family would never bank at the elgin Oklahoma one, they cant even return calls about a loan application, bank somewhere else is all i can say
