  With my fiancé and I being first time home buyers we really didn’t know where to start and with so many lending offices to choose from, we decided to take a chance here at all family lending and real estate. To be completely honest we definitely made the right choice. The amount of kindness, patience, hard work, and dedication we received really was like having family there for us, compared to any other loan business. They really do keep the clients best interest in mind and will do WHATEVER it takes to get you where you want to be. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, thank you so much All Family Lending.

  My family and I moved into 2529 Gwen Pl oceano Ca. This company is selfish, lazy and unorganized. They never made any attempts to clean up the property and/or fix any problems from their previous tenants. There was a carbon monoxide leak in the home from a faulty fireplace that they refused to fix which cost thousands for me to go to the hospital several times as I was pregnant with my daughter. We moved into the home with nothing after our home burnt down in a fire, bought all brand new furniture just to find the house was infested with bedbugs and we had to throw away half of the things we bought. by the end of our year lease we were sick of the house and all the problems that came with it, we decided to move out. They took almost two months to give an answer on our deposit and they decided they didn’t want to give it back to us due to a $600 cleaning fee (after the house was already partially cleaned) as well as trying to charge us $5000 for brand new carpets from a bleach stain in one room. They basically used our deposit to remodel. They also tried to call us liars for damage that was done to the property from previous tenets until we showed them our initial walk threw video from the day we viewed the home, with that damage in the video! On top of that no lavern and Bernadette along with the landlord have little to no communication skills. They lie, make up false stories and go back on their word. Stay clear from them or your life will become a nightmare!
