  When I came in I worked with Latisha and she went above and beyond to help me and get me taken care of. On top of that she was very down the earth and just very sweet and nice. I loved her !! If you go in to open up an account make sure you go and see her !!

  If I could leave zero stars I would... First they take away the drive thru tellers, and replaced humans with a new atm which is absolutely AWFUL!!! I refuse to use it. It takes 20 minutes (if not longer) to deposit ONE check,and it's not even safe protecting your identity so I refuse to use it!! Well now the main branch has the handicapped walk way completely blocked off! I was in a horrible car accident Thanksgiving day and I'm bound to a wheel chair for a long time. I can't even go inside the main branch, and I can't use a drive thru teller. This bank is going down hill every single day it's pathetic. Seriously how can you block off the handicap walk way and expect that to be ok?? What is wrong with these people?? Oh yeah they fired half the people and replaced them with machines. Well I won't be banking here much longer. I'm not sorry but I need a bank with humans and human decency.

  5/15/20 - 4:55PM Been banking here for nearly 30 years. The company itself is fine, but some of the employees are very disrespectful at times. One particular situation just happened today. I Came for simple deposit, but was told by a lady to go through the drive-thru. Due to the covid-19, I understand they only allow five people at a time inside (according to her after i specifically asked her how protocol worked), but with the tone of her voice and how she presented herself, she did not give me an option nor did she explain protocol up until I literally asked. She pretty much directly told me to go to the drive-thru. To avoid conflict, I just went to the drive-thru even though the line was bigger, and it took way longer. I generally give people one chance. Next time, I will ask for management if I feel mistreated again. as of now, I git this branch one star, not only for this situation, but for situations in the past. Today's situation was just the icing on the cake.
