      My dermatologist utilizes this company's services. It is now 9/14, and I am still receiving a bill for a co-pay with date of service 1/22, which was paid by credit card in the office. Every time I received a new bill, I would need to contact the office, send a screen shot of my credit card bill, was told that I should disregard the bill, and would receive another bill the next cycle. It was not until today when I copied my doctor's office on the email that I am told it was finally resolved. I would never use this company.
