  If you're lookin to get a loan or just outright sell , I went to both stores with the same item and All that glitters literally pays double what A-1 hawk does and I'm sire this goes for all location's, the staff are great and its a friendly enviorment,,,

  I have never left a bad review in my life - but what a horrible experience going to this location. For the two seconds I was in there the girl who helped me was incredibly sweet- but a man behind the counter was completely arrogant and rude - not helpful in any way. Do you think when people come to pawn their things because of life situations that they want to be treated like dirt? We already feel bad about having to be there and to be in this situation. Asking somebody who works at a store if they don’t mind for two seconds writing down the price they are referencing to me so I can think about it, and then telling me to do it myself in a cocky way when you can see I am visibly devastated and shaking from anxiety doesn’t look good regarding customer service. Your workers need to be informed that people have disabilities and they have trauma and you need to speak to others with kindness- and not like we are a piece of trash you’re never going to see again. I would rather never even have to drive by this place again because I am so disgusted by how I was spoken to. Please do better.

Jackie Derry Manager All That Glitters: It's not unusual that a first time customer may have expectations that we can't meet on a loan... having said that, how we communicate that information can make all the difference in the world. This is an instance that I could have been a bit more personable and taken a little bit more time with a more detailed account of how I came to that number. I see it as a lost opportunity on my part to read the situation. It's always my hope that the many people we come in contact with will leave happy and most do.
