  They have been amazing for me personally, helped me get my first truck and trailer and whenever I have needed a couple extra days when my payment day falls on a non pay day they always work with it. I'm now almost done paying off both and will use them again in the future if possible. The staff has always been very friendly with me and very professional. You get 5 stars from me!

  Our truck was in a accident. Told Cassy Tuttle this. She told us that she wants $500. We told about the accident. She said pay up. The truck needs $18,000 more to fix it through the insurance claim. She said pay up by fri or she's going to Repo it. Horrible people to work with.

  The lending group as a whole is not bad, it is who they have working for them. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Deanna. My husband of 37 years, passed away suddenly, and I could not afford the payments on his rigg. At first, Deanna said she would work with me while I tried to get it sold. However, I later found out that working with Deanna meant I had to do things her way. She has the compassion of a rock. At first, she said I wouldn't have to make payments for two months. Sounds nice, right? Well, the next month she let the auto pay of $1500 happen because she said I didn't "communicate" with her that I wasn't going to pay. WHAT??? After that it was all downhill. I was dealing with a significant trauma, the death of my husband, and yet the tone in her voice with every call was cold and unfeeling. I have had to deal with many people and institutions since my husband's death: banks, creditors, lawyers, loan officers, insurance folks, medical claims, and I have dropped the ball several times when it came to returning phone calls or getting materials sent. But not once has anybody been rude or uncaring to me, EXCEPT for Deanna at All Wheels Financial. She definitely needs some sensitivity training and a trip to OZ for a heart.
