      Allan is very knowledgeable and goes out of his ways to educate the borrower about the mortgage process. He would respond to texts on weekends and at off hours. He sincerely has the borrower’s best interest at heart. He encouraged us to go to a different mortgage advisor who had better rates. We returned to him and were willing to pay slightly more to use his services because he was transparent and honest unlike the other mortgage advisors. He also pushed to have our lender get our purchase closed before our lease expired. I have already recommended his services to friends and will continue to do so.
