  Allan was referred to me by a close friend who had recently worked with him to refinance her home. He was beyond AMAZING! We wanted to refinance four home loans simultaneously to lower our payments and to get cash out. Allan provided us with applicable options as well as sound mortgage recommendations. Needless to say one mortgage is a lot of work, four is overwhelming, but Allan made the process incredibly simple. He kept us updated throughout every step of the process and worked hard to get our loans closed in 41 days! I HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone looking for a mortgage!!

  I've refinanced a few times befoe but this time was different. Allan helped me obtain the information we needed much more quickly than ever before. I learned a few things from Allan on how to get my creditors, bankers and insurance people to simply send information directly to my loan agent. So alot less legwork on this refi. Allan is a very professional guy and made himself available for advice and guidance. I feel its because of Allan that the refinance went so well and very fast. He has the most polite way of keeping people motivated and thats Exactly what I needed. I feel that my loan was done a month ahead of my expectations.
