  In the branch it’s great service. But when you call no one answers. Especially if it’s 10-15 minutes before they close. Sometimes that’s the only time you can call. If they improved this, I would give them 5 stars

  I was a member of this bank for about two years. When signing up for an account and making a large deposit I was promised credit building aide, assistance with loans and credit cards, and that I could use the bank card recieved at the ATM. None of this ended up being true, throughout the pandemic accessing money through this account required me to call off work to be able to get in during hours,and a lot of pre planning seeing as they were appointment only. Recently I gave up on them, and went to pull out all of my money. I made a mistake with their interface and the money vanished. A check was sent to an address I have no access to. I went to a location and the manager said they could do nothing, and that eventually the money would come back to the account. Obviously wrong and clearly that bank manager is very ignorant of her own job. Fast forward a month I reach out to customer service, the unnamed customer service worker said they would close the account and then cancel the check, which should've been suggested a month before this by management, and send me a check so long as I sent a photo of a handwritten note closing the account with a signature. Everything as I thought was okay. Fast forward another month, no money, account still open. I reach out to the same customer service woman. She tells me she did nothing, she's been out of office a month. As if this is my fault or responsibility. I've been missing xxxx for three months now. Needless to say the customer service is ignorant throughout locations, poor training from upper management, they didn't even know how to cut a check at location. I would never recommend the service of this bank.

  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Good luck getting a hold of a customer service representative. I’ve been on hold for hours, and hung up on multiple times.
