Drive thru lady doesn't even speak or acknowledge customers and she will take up to half an hr to make a deposit. Employees park in the drive thru so it makes you think bank is busy.

When they screw up, apparently even when 3 people are on the emails, they cannot apologize when one of their staff screws up, gives wrong information, or messes up account postings. Just went through conversations with the staff we deal with at Allegiance/Post Oak bank, and I cannot believe that my main point, that whatever error there was, was not something controllable from the user interface, had to be mentioned several times. I am upset that the seriousness of the breach and error on their end was not understood nor cared about. Do like we're doing - go to another bank!!!
