  Banking here is like experiencing the service you hear your grandparents talk about but thought didn't exist anymore. I've been working on building a home and Dillon Wilcox, Mary Ginsel and their entire team have been there for me every step of the way. You might be able to save a few bucks going with an online lender (I've done it), but you won't get near the level of service - accessibility, patience, understanding, promptness, transparency, accuracy, etc. - that I've received from Allegiance Bank.

  It is unbelievable how bad of a company Allegiance is. They can issue a new activated debit card before a long weekend in which they shut EVERYTHING down(including robo call lines such as debit activation) and yet the debit card THEY issued and ACTIVATED doesn't even show up on my account and yet can still work once in every 25 tries. I have had issue after issue with this bank.

  Did a job here for one of the legal firms and between the maintenance staffs snidely rude comments. And being hassled by a security guard after using the restroom. I'd have to say it's an okay office building, but I visit many office buildings in my line of work and haven't had a single issue.
