      I just sold my house and the buyers chose this title company. This is the 4th title company that we have used within the last 5 years and they were horrible. They waited until 2 days before the proposed closing date to schedule the closing, and did not get the closing disclosure for me to review until 4:55 the night before the closing, they close their office at 5. Then the morning of the closing, they call me to tell me that they forgot to include a $2,500 credit to the buyers and that they gave me the wrong proceed amount. Unbelievably unprofessional!

      Ms. Gaines I am terribly sorry to see this. I will reach out to you to discuss. We scheduled the closing as soon as we had the clear to close from the buyers lender. I do apologize that the original settlement statement was missing the seller paid closing cost that was in the original contract. It only included the amount extra from you that was agreed upon in the inspection response. We were here after 5 last night but our phones do rollover to voicemail after 5pm. Again my sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction with our services.

      I recently closed on a house in October 2020 and used this title company. Although it was written on my mortgage disclosure agreement for the seller to pay our 2020 property taxes this company took their payment and issued it to us as a credit when they were supposed to add it to our existing escrow account! I just had to pay $1938 on property taxes 2 weeks before Christmas! Please AVOID using this company if you can!! They had me thinking this was my loan officer's mistake but it was a mistake of this title company :( worst experience ever!
