Your need for confidentiality with customers is obviously not the problem. Im not stupid, dont be snarky. My problem is my fiance is unable to come to you 3 times a day to fix a problem because of your inability to give an accurate balance on multiple occasions. Hes gotten to a point of knowing he must confirm more than once. And confirm no incoming charges, but all for no reason cause he'll be back in again when he isnt busy to try and figure it out again. I hope you understand.
