      I went in to make a loan payment and Shannon literally took 20 minutes to review my account which is not her responsibility because she's a teller, not the financial department. Very horrible service and Shannon needs to do her job which is taking payment.

      What did you use to pay your loan Stephani? A third-party check for example would need to be investigated to protect our other members' money from fraud.

      This is more of a question than a review. I can’t seem to get an answer. What is going on with the ATM at Howdershell branch? This is the only bank I’ve ever seen with just an outdoor ATM and it’s been missing for a very long time. Wouldn’t be so annoyed except if needed I don’t want to pay fees having to go somewhere else or far away to a location that won’t charge to use the ATM. Anyone know anything about this?

      Someone tried to steal it and damaged it. We are in the process of getting a new one, but it does take time. We also do not keep ATMs in our lobby due to added operational expense since people can just go to the counter. We try to keep our operational costs low as it is our members' money
