  We closed the sale on our house with them yesterday. From a seller's perspective, things could not possibly have gone any more smoothly and professionally. The communication, paperwork and scheduling ahead of closing was prompt, accurate and courteous. The day of the closing, we actually showed up 20 minutes early because we were expecting a lot of traffic. We were happy to wait for your appointment time but they met with us early and WE WERE DONE before the start time of our actual appointment. I don't think they can promise that everyday but that's the way it worked out for us and it was a very nice surprise. The lady that helped us was smart, professional and extremely knowledgeable and made a process I typically hate (I've done this several times) a fun and most importantly painless and fast experience. It was not 30 minutes after I got back to my office that the title company handling the close of our new house called me to say the wire transfer had arrived and all was in good order. I think Alliance Group Title Insurance is a very well run operation and have some great people there. If you are looking for clean and smooth closing process you are in good hands.

  Very professional and extremely accommodating! Alliance Group Title Insurance went above and beyond our expectations for a successful closing. And they did this despite a disagreeable person in our group of 4 heirs to my father's estate. I am impressed with how well Marolyn Strietelmeier maintained her cool while expediting this contentious closing to a timely and successful conclusion. And kudos to Sherri Fox for collecting and compiling all the documentation from each of the four heirs in preparation for the closing. Thanks also to the ReMax Realtors, Christine and Nicole Sampson, for bringing their experience and hard work to bear on marketing and wrapping up the sale. My sister and I highly recommend this powerful team of professional women.

  Another example of someone that you are paying acting like they are doing you a favor. Also, be sure to double check their work for accuracy as we found a payment had been misappropriated.
