  I am a first time homeowner, and when my agent Marcella Straub, connected me with Teo Valencia from Alliance Lending, I had the best experience buying my house. From the moment I met Teo, he has been nothing but the best, walking me through every aspect of securing a loan. At one point I couldn't figure out how to attach a document, so Teo sent me a much easier secure email and walked me through it, It was easy and the transition was smooth. He called me to check on me, and he got me the best deal. I went through other lenders and couldn't get the loan I needed, but Teo worked with me to get the loan I needed to buy me new home. When it was all said and done, Teo called me and told me to watch out for others trying to scam me, telling me I could contact him anytime if I needed help. I really feel like Alliance Lending had/has my best interest at heart. I definitely give them, Teo and Alliance Lending, 5 Gold Stars.

  We worked with Teo Valencia who gave us a great rate and even better customer service. We had a short closing timeline already and he was able to speed it up even more mid-escrow, to accommodate for seller requests. I am very impressed with his professionalism and ability to work with us on all of our needs. We will definitely go with Teo next time we refinance or purchase another home!

  I was a renter of 13 years on the same house unfortunately the owner needed her house back, so she gave us 90 days, so it turned our life upside down. Frustrated with the situation I ask a friend of mine that had recently purchased a home who they went through so she gave me Teo Valencia number he is an agent at Alliance Lending, So I had no idea that I was able to actually Qualify for a loan these guys made it happen. I’m now a homeowner I’m im not worried about nobody kicking out my house except for maybe my wife 🤣
