  First time home buyer here! Michael Mandis (aka Big Mike) and his team hands down made this nerve racking process for me an absolute breeze. I always felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire journey. I am so grateful for being recommended Mike and his squad. They left such a positive impression with me I will absolutely be referring them to my friends and family. The guidance and relief they gave me I will always remember, especially with this being my first home purchase. Buying a home is exciting but change can be so scary.   The Alliance Mortgage Funding has excellent service for all of your mortgage needs. Whether you’re buying or refinancing, you are in great hands. My husband and I used their services 8 years ago when we bought our home and had a positive experience. Recently we started receiving offers through the mail from various lending groups about refinancing, but had much skepticism about predatory lending practices. However, we knew once we were ready, there was one place that we could trust and that was The Alliance Mortgage Funding. Craig and his team provided excellent financial guidance through the entire process. We got a good rate, affordable payments, and the funds needed for debt consolidation and home improvements.
