  I am very unimpressed. On August 30, I hand-delivered payment for some agreed-on title search work. Ten days later I was told via email, out of the clear blue, that I could not get what I had paid for unless I agreed to sign a document that represented that I was having the work done "for the purpose of purchase, sale or, lease, or loan." I immediately emailed the sender that this was inapplicable to me. After receiving no response, I talked to Julie and explained that I could not truthfully sign the new requirement because that was not the reason why I wanted the title work. She said she would talk to her management and respond. When I had not heard back three days later, I contacted her She told me that their policy was that I had to sign the document as a condition of getting the title search work that I had previously paid for. I told her I would not sign a false representation and requested a refund. She told me a check would be sent in a week or two. Tomorrow will be three weeks and I still have not received the check. I called Julie who told me the chack has to be issued by their Boise office. She referred me to the office manager, Jeff. He seemed appropriately concerned and promised to call me back today. Update: In fact, Jeff called me right back and offered to hand-deliver my refund check. I told him just to Express mail it instead. I will update this review if I do not receive it.
