  Update: They handled a second transaction for me and did a wonderful job! Timely, great communication, and no mistakes on paperwork. I would work with them again. Very slow to handle my transaction. Didn't communicate properly when there were unexpected changes in the transaction. Sent me an email with a document to sign without calling to explain what the document was for. Found multiple errors on closing paperwork, including spelling the name of my company incorrectly. When asked to update the spelling errors because they made a mistake, they simply sent me a Word document to update the documents myself. Really? What am I paying them for if they want me to update the documents myself? Also missed the close of escrow date by over a week. Very unprofessional and from what I can tell lazy. As an investor, I've worked with tons of title companies and this one is certainly not one I'd be doing business with again.

  I highly recommend using Alliance Title. We bought our first home in October and they made the process so smooth. They not only explained each document in detail to us but also were quick to respond with any questions we had. Very professional and knowledgeable.
