Guy named jaime answered my mom and said he couldn’t speak Spanish cause of a “Company policy” is this true??? She couldn’t make her PAYMENT!!! I’m sure the guy knows Spanish his name is JAIME come on now this is a Hispanic community unless he really doesn’t know ? But at least put a sign on the door or somewhere that says “No se habla español” And yeah I know this is America but I’m sure there’s a couple bilingual people working there..BUT when she went to get the loan they did talk in SPANISH….

New staff is rude girl denied service to a man that didnt know english when the representatives clearly are bilingual! If they wont help spanish speakers put a sign on your door! It is very humiliating to deny someone service for not speaking English especially in a bordertown! Dont support business that run like this. Discriminating elderly hispanics!
