I would like to give 0 star! We bought an Ardern Park New Construction. We have 740+ credit score, more than enough money to close, Elaine Wang took our case and delayed 3 times in 2.5 months. At the end, we need to close on hard money loan and we were charged for $3500 by builder. We have to pay $13K more than a normal loan. During this case, we were not be able to reach to Elaine by phone calls and email, only she can reach to us. At the end, Elaine doesn’t want to take any responsibility. We are finding a way to sue this company or Elaine Wang. If any of you have a similar case or you are an lender attorney. Please contact us!

I wish I could give Allied negative stars, truly the worst loan servicer I have ever dealt with.This is coming from someone with an 800 FICO score and many previous loans. My Allied mortgage is 4yrs old and it is absolutely time to refinance, solely to get away from the wretched Allied Mortgage Group. They are unresponsive to faxed requests (which they require) and it's like pulling teeth to get an actually helpful person on the phone. I wish Russell Mahrt would remove me from his fckn mailing list as well, wouldn't respond to that request either.
