      Allied lets you know that foreclosure really only used as a last resort. They really want keep homeowner in their house and find ways to work things out when misfortunes occurs.

      They provided pretty much no help on obtaining payments from a delinquent borrower, and after more than one year with no collection of payments we cancelled our contract with allied. They charged us for all the months where they collected no payments, and had made little to no effort to collect in those months. When I asked for phone calls or more action throughout our contract I was told either 1) we are low touch which is why our rates are low or 2) they offer to send a notice which would cost me another $100. Do not waste your money, they are terrible.
