  I have been a member since the 1970's when it was Fort Jackson credit union. Within the last year it appears that it wants absolutely no human contact. I am totally blocked out of my accounts on-line, mobile and telephone. I keep getting a recording and NO WAY to speak to a person in technical support. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with customer service, and as soon as I can get to my account it WILL be the last. Don't deal with this company.

  The girl at the window was extremely rude. We had a cashiers check from another bank to try and deposit. She said it would be a 7 day hold. Large amount. Said she could call and verify and deposit now. She called, we watched her talk to someone, then she said that they didn’t answer. Over the speaker she blurted out that she’s not cashing a $24,000 check. We didn’t ask for it to be cashed. We asked for it to be deposited and I do not appreciate her blurting out my financial information in front of everyone there. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Manager sat back and watched. We literally followed their directions to a T. Headed to another local bank who is opening an account and depositing the check today. Will remove my direct deposit info and close out my account at allsouth. Not the first incident but will be the last. I’m not paying someone to be rude when they’re holding all of my money.
