After 12 minutes of being told how important my call is I hung up. Kind of ridiculous. Day 3 of a local business check deposit being on hold.

Making principle only payments only to find out they weren't being applied to principle, but to future payments. When I decided to be done with them and pay loan off early, they took my payoff and applied a portion of it to this months and next months payment. Customer service talks like they want to help, but only offer excuses and financial double-talk. Bush-league operation.
