Pleasant and friendly. Pretty good banking services. Brick and mortar banking is becoming a tough industry with all the online competition. AllSouth generally, and this branch particularly do a very respectable job. Way to go, guys!

you are unable to reach the local branch on the phone. You have to go through a call center, and they are not familiar with your transactions or dealings, and you have to go through a 30 minute conversation to try and deal with the simplest of issues. Trying to create an online account is near impossible. It is 2021 for god sake and their system works like AOL from the good old days.
